I’m Carla, a Physics and robotics enthusiast based in Bilbao, and I tutor only IGCSE Physics. I started helping classmates during my engineering degree and have now been tutoring for 5 years. I like using simple sketches, online simulations and plenty of past papers to make sense of topics such as forces, electricity and waves, always keeping an eye on the command words used in questions throughout.

I'm a Physics teacher at an international school in Madrid, where I handle the IGCSE groups. Outside school hours I tutor students who need more individual attention than a crowded classroom allows. We look carefully at data-handling questions, required practicals and multi-step calculations, and I’m happy to set short problem sets between lessons when students request them directly.

Many of the students I work with are strong in theory but struggle when numbers arrive. We break down calculation questions line by line, practising how to choose the right formula and handle rearranging, and I also help with planning revision around mock exams and coursework blocks.
